Cloud Combo operates as a middleware service that facilitates transfers between your cloud storage providers. We do not host or store your files - we only provide the infrastructure to transfer files directly between your connected cloud storage accounts.
2. Service Description
2.1 What We Provide
Cloud Combo provides a middleware platform that:
- Connects to your cloud storage accounts via OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Enables browsing of files across multiple cloud providers
- Facilitates direct file transfers between connected cloud storage accounts
- Provides real-time transfer progress monitoring
- Manages background job processing for large file operations
2.2 What We Do NOT Do
Important Clarifications:
- We do not host your files - Your files remain with your cloud storage providers
- We do not store copies - Files pass through our servers temporarily during transfers but are never retained
- We do not access file contents - We only handle file metadata and facilitate the transfer process
- We are not a backup service - Always maintain your own backups
2.3 Supported Cloud Providers
Currently, Cloud Combo supports:
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- pCloud
- OneDrive
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Requirements
To use Cloud Combo, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Cloud Storage Authentication
You must have valid accounts with the cloud storage providers you wish to connect. When you authorize Cloud Combo to access your cloud storage accounts:
- You grant us permission to perform operations on your behalf
- You remain subject to each provider's terms of service
- You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or directly with the provider
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and transfer the files
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- Restricting access to your computer and account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your cloud provider credentials remain secure
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use Cloud Combo to:
- Transfer files between your own cloud storage accounts
- Organize and manage your personal cloud storage
- Consolidate files from multiple cloud providers
- Migrate data between cloud storage services
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Transfer files you do not have legal rights to access or distribute
- Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Transfer malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Share copyrighted material without authorization
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the service
- Overload or disrupt the service infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
5. Your Responsibilities
As a user of Cloud Combo, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the files you transfer and their legality
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must respect the terms of service of each connected cloud provider
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important files
- You must ensure you have sufficient storage space in destination accounts
- You should verify successful transfers before deleting source files
- You will not hold Cloud Combo liable for data loss due to third-party provider issues
6. Service Availability and Limitations
6.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Emergency repairs or security patches
- Third-party provider outages or API changes
- Network connectivity issues
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
6.2 Transfer Limitations
File transfers are subject to:
- Cloud provider API rate limits and quotas
- File size restrictions imposed by cloud providers
- Network bandwidth and stability
- Fair-use limits to keep the service reliable for everyone
7. Data Handling and Privacy
7.1 Our Role as Middleware
Cloud Combo functions as an intermediary service that facilitates direct file transfers between your cloud storage providers. During active transfers:
- Files may temporarily pass through our servers for processing
- No permanent copies of your files are stored on our servers
- File data is immediately discarded after transfer completion
- We only retain metadata (file names, sizes, transfer status) for operational purposes

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the files you transfer through Cloud Combo. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to transmit, display, and process your files solely for the purpose of providing the transfer service.

Cloud Combo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Disclaimer
CLOUD COMBO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party cloud storage providers. Issues with cloud provider services, including data loss, service interruptions, or API changes, are beyond our control.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD COMBO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or files
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Errors or inaccuracies in transfers
- Third-party provider issues
- Unauthorized access to your accounts
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cloud Combo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms of Use
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of cloud provider terms of service
- Illegal or unauthorized use of your account
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Accessing your account settings and deleting your account
- Contacting our support team
Upon termination, your account data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Use
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law
- Continuing to provide service would cause harm to us or others
